— ACT I: PROGENITOR
Ohara was once an island far west of Marley and Paradis. It's populace consisted mainly of both Marleans and Eldians who had escaped the conflict between their countries in the Great Titan War, settling there in hopes of hiding from it.Most notably, the mixed populace of that island held within it many scholars and scientists who saw through the violence and greed of their motherlands, seeking knowledge that could bring about peace. Their ideals were not just about titans, but also for the rest of the world as well. And so, they came together and built the Tree of Knowledge, a giant library that held priceless information they’d gathered on many subjects, including titans.A certain woman, Oliva- an Eldian and a head scholar that had set out to sea, leaving the island in order to collect information on the outside world- would have a child with a former Marleyan soldier. This man would, alongside a small group, volunteer to integrate back into Marley society. Some would settle within the ghettos and some within the military and noble circles in order to serve as informants to Ohara. This would leave their daughter, Robin, barely two years old, in the care of her uncle and his vengeful wife, Roji, who hated Eldians despite her family having escaped with them to Ohara and marrying into an Eldian family.Wanting to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a scholar so that she could go to sea with her, Robin studied hard and was granted her Doctorate at only age eight. Along with it, she had also secretly learned a language the Oharan scholars had created to encode their work, hoping to impress them and her mother whose face she could barely remember.Eventually, someone was caught sending information to Ohara and gave up the island's location.Upon this discovery, having been searching for the missing people and families who escaped in the chaos of the war, Marley sent battleships to remove them from the map once and for all, preferring all information be destroyed than to keep any of it and risk missing a single book or page as a result of sparing anything.
Robin’s father was able to send out a message of warning to Ohara before he was revealed in the information leak and killed. After receiving the warning, it gave them only a few days to preserve some of the information they’d gathered by implementing the very script that they had developed for just this reason. In that language that only they as Oharan scholars could read, copies of research were scattered to the winds on ships, in bottles, and by birds. In the island's final hours, Marley's battleships would arrive through the fog, and as the sun set, fire rained down upon the island. The tree of knowledge fell, proving once more how evil humanity could be.Robin, much like the people of Ohara had done in the past, managed to escape the carnage on a small boat, watching the flames engulf the island and the sky above it. Though this time- it was only one that would survive. Some Marley soldiers had seen the little girl’s escape through the smoke but had been unable to pursue her and assumed her dead at sea before information eventually surfaced that someone had seen a girl matching her description in a city far from where the island once stood. From there, a bounty was placed upon her head shortly thereafter and propaganda spread amongst the masses of her mission of vengeance for the deaths of her evil people that sought to bring back the giants of old and rule the world. For twenty years she survived despite attempt after attempt upon her life, becoming hardened by the world around her.& Amidst it all, her only goal was to find the information Ohara had sent out before it had been destroyed and to learn all she could of what they’d discovered and created, to ensure they had not died in vain.
— ACT I: GENESIS
From her twenty-year-long search, she came to believe that Ohara, with their combined efforts and among several other discoveries, had discovered other shifter titans, not mindless ones like a serum injection could create, but those the likes of the Nine Titans. Beings of power and abilities significant to themselves.
They realized, that these three discovered titans were mutations- the evolution of Ymir's DNA over the centuries as pieces of her power converged and diverged countless times. There were three, she had concluded; They were called Poseidon, Pluton, and Uranus.Robin, however, had been the product of a fourth discovered titan shifter power. With the scholars working tirelessly through experiments and study, Olvia had unknowingly become pregnant during the experiments she had participated in, and the Eldian blood of Ymir within her from so long ago had reacted accordingly.Converging within the womb within her mother, Robin would become the host of this thirteenth power.
— ACT I: EVOLUTION
Before their own destruction, the scholars and scientists of Ohara had managed to copy information about these three powers in their script, unwilling to let all their work die. Now, it seemed that Robin was the only one in the world that could awaken the slumbering giants and recover the other lost knowledge the scholars had scattered, all the while carrying a power of her own within her that would come to be her strength. And at last her search after all those years, all over the globe, finally brought her back to Paradis and Marley, though it would be just her luck that war loomed on the horizon.Still, it was clear which side she would be fighting on.
SURVEY CORPS; FIELD NOTES (CLASS A: ABNORMAL TITANS) INDEX NO.3926
THE BLOOMING TITAN
An Abnormal Type 16 Meter titan with remarkable regenerative abilities and intelligence. It should be considered as a Class A threat to any and all humans within sight and is to be avoided.
360 Vision: Immediately upon observation, it can be seen that the Blooming Titan has extra eyes all over it’s collar, shoulders and shoulder blades, those of which seem to work in union to one another- Rendering any sneak attack ultimately ineffective.
Rapid Regeneration: If any wounds are inflicted upon the Blooming Titant, they have been seen to close in seconds. There is no information on dismemberment at this time and should be thought to be the same in that any limbs severed will regenerate far quicker than normal titans.
Intelligence and Adaptation: This titan is thought to be the most intelligent of Abnormal Titans aside from Titan Shifters (Note: That it has not been able to have been ruled out that this titan is not a shifter. Take caution.) and has been known to attack the weakest targets first such as civilians or hurt soldiers without exerting much energy, only to save it for tougher opponents like soldiers where it has decimated them with speed and regeneration.
Instantaneous Generation: The most important observation about this titan is that it has the ability unseen before now to generate limbs in places where they should not be at will. This has been demonstrated when it was attacked from behind and a giant arm suddenly burst forth from beneath it’s skin to grab the offending soldier and promptly crush them. The extra limb then disappeared in steam after the Blooming Titan ripped it off of it’s body and the wound healed closed as any other would. It is also seen protecting it’s nape with what seem to be generated ribs. It is clear that, while it may not be a titan shifter, it has observed other titans being killed via their napes and adapted to protect itself in this way.
In conclusion and to reiterate the previous statement: This titan is to be avoided at all costs. It is considered too dangerous.
SUMMARY: A mysterious ‘villain’ wanted all over the world with a bounty of over 930,000,000. Devil Child; Nico Robin. Her quirk? She has the ability to bloom body parts like flowers on any surface she pleases. You can’t escape her grasp!
Since the moment special abilities came to light and became an everyday part of society, humans as a whole adapted to them and continued on with their existence.
& Though plenty of research was done on these quirks, there was never any real finding as to just what brought them into existence.Enter the Scholars of Ohara, a group of some of the world's most brilliant minds who came together in secret on an island far Into the Indian sea in order to study the origin of these superhuman abilities. This research was unregulated by any of the world governments and kept quiet for years in fear that those gluttonous with power would try to control their findings, whatever they may be. As such, the scholars invented an encoded language with which they could communicate their findings to each other safely that only they knew- and what incredible findings they would have. From hints into some ways to enhance quirks to a massive level through the manipulation of DNA to how it interacted with human physiology, the scholars were decades ahead of the rest of the world - Though, there was never any definitive answer to their true question as to what brought these quirks into the world. Still, every finding was a step closer to knowing. However, eventually, their studies were found out, and in the face of their secretive ways and cryptic language, the powers of the world thought them too dangerous and purged the island in fire, lest they potentially threaten the power these governments had on their respective countries. With this catastrophe, the world population knew only from what they were told that the demons of Ohara were attempting to create quirks that could end the world. That was why they had been dealt with. All but one of them. After escaping the genocide of Ohara and of the scholars she held so dear to her heart, a massive bounty was placed on a little girl's head and she was called a demon like the rest. With little choice but to do whatever she could to survive as her life was hunted, the young girl turned to villains and the criminal underworld to protect her with the false promise that she would bring them more power, as only she could read the script the scholars sent all over the world with their findings for other researchers. For twenty years the girl lied, killed, and manipulated others to survive.Through it all, all she ever wanted was to know what her people had searched fo forr so many years; The true origin of all quirks. And with this being the only thing left she had to continue living for, Robin will do anything and everything to achieve her goal.
Robin embodies the Unknown Devil; Similar names like The Secret Devil Or The Forbidden Devil are also correct.Encompassing the human fear of the unknown, of their secrets being found out, of forbidden knowledge that could harm their cause or control- this is an ancient fear.Drawn to the scholars of Ohara, an ancient island of scholars that ended in destruction when people's superstition and fear of the unknown believed they were meddling in sin, the lone survivor of this destruction had fused with this lured devil in utero after her mother almost died in an experiment. The spirit possessed her fetus after with her mother yet unaware of her pregnancy. In turn, Robin’s strength of will overcame the devil’s personality in the womb and she merged with it completely before being born. Now she searches the world in hopes to find and protect lost information and knowledge, both carrying on her people's will and a deep hunger she can't seem to shake.
Unique Powers (More TBA):
SUMMARY: Through scientific advancements in the 11th century on a hidden island, a child is born a demon by mistake.
That island is destroyed by fearful nearby nations once word spreads of their discoveries. The last of their research is stolen by the invaders out of greed and scattered around the world, passed from hand to hand, their meaning lost to time. This Demon Child is the only one to survive the carnage and must run for her life. 900 years pass before the events of the current manga, and she, now well-grown into her abilities, searches still after all this time for the last of her people’s research in order to protect it.Through it all she is unaware that she had not been the first demon to have been created from this knowledge as it was being developed, unaware that she had simply been the first and last to have been born of her kind.(She is alternatively the first demon Muzan (unintentionally) created if preferred to her being born as one)
— ROUTE A: THE FIRST SPIDER LILY
Our story truly begins sometime around the 11th century wherein humanity has begun it’s stride towards a more modern society.Science was on the rise despite the taboo of mortal meddling in affairs of fate, and upon each new discovery it made as a whole, humanity would remove the veil over its eyes one by one- they could take hold of their own destinies instead of leaving it to gods or fate, if only they knew more.Ohara was an island in the Indian sea that brushed against bustling trade routes from country to country, bringing new ideas big and small to its native inhabitants when ships got lost along the way.Even though it was small in stature, Ohara would, in time, become a country of its own, a sanctuary to those who sought to think and create freely shrouded in the haze of the sea.Eventually, word would come to pass through hushed voices that there was tell of an island at sea- a sinful, moralless place where men meddled in the affairs of mortals like deities with their godless-magic that was hidden in the mists by the devils own hands. But, to a keen ear with a desire to learn? This place would sound like heaven.Enter the Scholars of Ohara- the name that would come to belong to the bright minds that gathered there on that island over time, bringing with them bolder and greater ideas and talents until, eventually, it all came to fill a massive library carved from a tree that touched the clouds. It was called the Tree of Knowledge and it, like mankind, seemed to reach up into heaven for it’s ambrosial secrets. As time went on, the country would grow to be years ahead of the rest of the world in development.Science, maths, medicine, all discoveries were heightened without the restrictions of taboos and moral codes. Their goals? Advancement. To learn and grow above any forbidden knowledge. As simple as that. They wished for true advancement in every degree of study unfettered by old beliefs and religious fervor. One focal point was in medicine, queries born of watching people die of illness and age. What if human lives could be prolonged? Their bodies free of sickness and blessed with strength enough to work for hours and hours and never get tired? The human race could become greater than ever imagined. And so, experiments were drawn up, medicine mixing with science in ways never seen before until the first tests were conducted.A woman, Olivia, was among one of them, whose hair turned white by the trials.A head scholar, she dove into the experiments with vigor, but like all of the other subjects, she would experience little more than odd effects from these techniques, and ultimately would bare no extreme changes. However, it was to the scholars' surprise and concern that they discovered afterwards that she was with child, a fact that would have led her to never volunteer if known. In the end it’s from this woman that a daughter would be born, a child who would receive the full effects of the experiments done unto her mother that had been nurtured and passed down through the womb. This child would be born a demon. However, her time on the island would only be 8 short years before word spread of the scholars’ creation, of the creature they’d made and it’s very existence an affront to nature itself. An island of devils could not be tolerated. Thus, the island would come to be destroyed, ravaged by fearful pillagers, neighbors of surrounding nations. Only some of their research would be saved from the carnage, stolen by men whose greed outweighed their fear. How much would these strange writings be worth, after all?In the end, the island and all its inhabitants are destroyed, burned to the scorched soil down to every last bone and page of parchment.Save only for one little girl left to fight for her life in the world she had been born into- a world that hated her very existence. It’s 900 years later that she continues to hunt down the scattered remnants of her people’s work across the world, not knowing that it had been used successfully by a former scholar a hundred years prior to even her own birth in order to create the first of their kind. The true first demon. Muzan Kibutsuji.
— ROUTE B: BLEEDING WISTERIA
Alternatively, if preferred, Everything is the same save only for the fact that Ohara’s research applications were untested before being stolen/spread to the rest of the world- Falling into the hand’s of Muzan’s doctor in the current story & Robin was the first demon Muzan (unintentionally) created, all only 100 years after his own transformation. (Whether or not she knows who did it is up for discussion between writers.)

Low Appetite: After being afforded almost a millennium's worth of time to hone her abilities, she can last long periods of time without having to ingest human flesh, and though she’s strong even when near starving, her power increases exponentially after she’s eaten.
Rapid Regeneration: Her speed of regeneration is rivaled by very few of her kind & is increased even still by feeding.
Temporary Sun Immunity: Though the sun can still destroy her just as it can any demon, her regeneration abilities are so potent that she can withstand up to 5 minutes of sunlight. However, enduring even these few minutes is excruciatingly painful, as she’s essentially being burned alive while her cells go into overdrive in order to restore her form. - If this does happen, she goes into a coma-like state for days (Much like Nezuko did) while her body tries to regain and store energy. & When she awakens, she goes into a feral-like state that can only be quelled by devouring prey.
BLOOD DEMON ART:PETALS OF THE SCARLET MIST
Though at present she does not need to feed often, Robin's Blood Demon Art stems from hundreds of years of devouring human prey.
She is able to “bloom” phantom limbs from any living surface or creature as many times and at any size as she desires. & Though each phantom limb is as strong as its host, she receives any damage they acquire on her true body, which can weaken her if she's forced to regenerate too much.
When she uses her powers, petals appear from thin air and dissipate a short time after she’s dispelled the phantom limbs.
SUMMARY: A woman who has lived for centuries after the destruction of her homeland by fear and ignorance, she seeks to uncover the truths of the world around her and carries the mark of a powerful cursed being upon her soul since birth.
For time unknown, the Devil's Child has walked the earth, seeking out and destroying those who let their greed for power overwhelm them; A decaying legend passed down through ages to keep children and others humble, lest their avarice is their undoing. At least, it was said to be just a legend. In truth, over a thousand years ago, a child was born on an island amidst a clan of brilliant scholars far ahead of their time who sought to uncover the truth of the world around them. This child would give rise to a fear that spanned centuries. The island was known as Ohara - a place where these scholars studied the world without the limits of society.Nature, humans, the stars, and the heavens themselves— it was all a collection of sciences that, too, included what would one day come to be known as curse abilities.Since the dawn of mankind’s sentience, curses came into being alongside them and these scholars sought to understand it all, to understand the truth of the mysteries surrounding them, for what better way to help humanity than to understand and utilize the very nature of their universe? They would come far before their fall.Eventually, word would spread through the general populous of the people hidden in the mist that meddled with sin, and the authorities that were among them would eventually seek to quell the potential threat to their power under the guise of wiping out evil. Thus, they were destroyed in fire one fateful night, flames crackling against a dark, mournful sky as a lone little survivor managed to escape out to sea.Her likeness would be spread among the masses to be hunted down like an animal for a bounty — for she was the daughter of demons, after all, and her existence was sin incarnate. She sought revenge, the whispers said, for the death of the rest of those devils. They couldn’t have known just how close to the truth they were with her branded moniker: The Devil's Child.Pregnancy unbeknownst years earlier to her mother Olvia, one of the head scholars, work with the energy that would come be to known as curses was hands-on and frequent.Eventually, their labor of study attracted a powerful spirit— one of humanity’s unrelenting thirst for knowledge, an amalgamation of the greed and pride of human nature to know what is hidden from them and the power that came from it- no matter the cost. This spirit would attach itself to her in hopes of absorbing more and more of both the curse energy they worked with and the knowledge they’d acquire. Not long after, it would come to meld with the child growing in her belly, seeking a blank canvas mold to its own design. But even the curse that had molded itself to her very soul from the womb would not be enough to destroy the child’s will.Instead, she would ultimately take its power-- its quasi-immortality-- as she grew; the curses’ will overwritten by her own in time, leaving behind only the drive for knowledge. It was a feeling that would mix with her own desire to finish and protect the work her people had begun all that time ago. These feelings would culminate in ferocity and determination that would carry her through the centuries like a storm.Through it all she would survive - survive the hunt for her head, for her blood and her bone, for she was the last of her people, the last of them who could uncover and protect the truth of their world.

SUMMARY: A missing ninja of a destroyed village, who seeks to find the missing arts and knowledge stolen from her people.
Unknown to the rest of the ninja world, there was a village hidden far away that held brilliant minds beyond compare. The Village Hidden in the Mind -- or Ohara as they came to call themselves.Over the years they would both uncover techniques lost to time and create jutsus that could benefit mankind -- however, in the wrong hands, the power of these jutsus could all have also been the end of it.And oh how the wrong hands would come seeking just that. When word spread of these discoveries, the hunt for this hidden bastion of knowledge began for many years. However, upon contact, the scholars refused to offer up any of their knowledge for the greed of others. Knowledge was the right of all people, they believed not to be taken and held close to the chest of any one nation. So, when they would not yield, the hunt culminated in the destruction of the village and its people in fire one night after the leaders of the Five Great Shinobi nations decided that they were too dangerous to live.Only one little girl would survive this destruction, and for twenty years onward she would become the hunter, seeking the knowledge that had been stolen, the knowledge that had scattered to the wind that her people had died protecting.

JUTSUS & ABILITIES:
Ninjutsus: Robin's specialty is through the creation of phantom limbs and clones that strike just as quickly as her own body. She's able to use teleportation jutsus in short distances as well in order to escape or enter restricted areas. She evokes the feeling of being everywhere at once. Her techniques are marked by the phantom-like petals they leave behind that disappear shortly thereafter.
Taijutsus: Robin is highly skilled in taijutsu when she can't use her other techniques. She specializes in merciless, swift movements meant to end a battle quickly through death through strikes to critical points and/or breaking bones. Her weapons of choice if necessary are kunai and razor-sharp fans.
Genjutsus: Robin's genjutsu techniques specialize in allowing her to escape or gain information. She can create illusions of clones, smoke, distractions, feelings of pain and pleasure, even voices in someone's head.
Fuinjutsu: She's able to both create and remove many difficult seals, all learned in order to gain access to or protect knowledge and techniques she finds.
Life-Transfer Jutsu: Unknown to her, the scholars of Ohara, in their dying moments, transferred their life force, collective knowledge, and chakra to the one living survivor that would carry on their will. As such, she has a deep well of untapped chakra and knowledge within herself that she may one day be able to access if she can connect enough clues they had left behind.

SUMMARY: A mysterious mutant/sorceress wanted all over the world with a bounty of over $930,000,000. Highly Dangerous.
(Code Names: Devil's Child - Warbird - Nocturn - Bloom - Songbird - Oracle )
Since the moment superhuman abilities came to light and became a part of society, mutants as a whole adapted to them for better or worse and continued on with their existence. & Though small bits of study were done here and there, there was never any real ability to conduct any real research when so few mutants were willing to step forward to volunteer or were captured for tests. NOTE: I’m familiar with the marvel movies and am just starting with the comics. Most of this is admittedly pulled out of my ass with use of the x-men wikis and what I already know from years of on and off attention to the fandom, so if you’re more familiar please let me know if anything doesn’t fit right. For the MCU/Avengers movies, she may not be a mutant but rather a sorceress and her people scholars and sorcerers, depending on the plot.

SUMMARY: Born to a solar system destroyed by the Viltrum empire, Robin, half-Viltrumite, travels the cosmos for thousands of years while evading their reach and seeking ways to recover the knowledge lost by her people's downfall.
POWERS & ABILITIES:
If there was one thing Viltrumites desired more than anything else, it was to be the best; to conquer all others they deemed beneath them. But to be threatened? Unheard of.Save only, perhaps, for one such people.Ohara was once a flourishing civilization-- the dominant humanoid species spread across a solar system and swathed in its golden age as its people strived for a utopia of knowledge and peace. But as it's advancements grew, so too, did it's renown, something that would ultimately lead to its downfall. As word made it's way across the cosmos, it eventually fell upon Viltrium ears. They'd heard of all the knowledge and powerful, cosmos-shaking weapons Oharan scholars had discovered in their research, but had ultimately set aside in favor of more peaceful uses of their power sources and abilities. At first, they came under the guise of peace, integrating themselves into Oharan society over time while hoping to both study the artifacts themselves and spread Viltrum genetics among the Oharan people. However, two very peculiar facts would stand in their way: The first was that Oharan genetics were strong. Strong enough that very rarely could Viltrum powers and genetics be passed to offspring. And second: The fact that only those of Oharan blood could seem to harness the power of these advancements and knowledge through mental links of some kind. These two things meant that there was no point in playing nice with the planet's people anymore. No, the empire would take what they wanted one way or another.Their demands were simple; Be assimilated into the Viltrum Empire for study and experimentation-- simultaneously giving up their knowledge and their advancements -- Or die. After all, the knowledge they had cultivated was far too dangerous - if Viltrum could not have them, then no one would.
In the end, Ohara was not a world built for war. They were a people of scholars and knowledge, of peace and democracy -- but even so, they refused to bend their knee to their invaders. It was upon the last planet of their solar system's last days, amongst the wreckage and death, that copies of their work were sent out into the vast cosmos, encrypted so that perhaps someday someone could unlock and use the power they once beheld to defend themselves where Ohara could not.And so the Oharans fell, but the scholars' research was not the only thing cast into the abyss.Only one little girl would survive, both saved and damned by her mother, one of the head scholars, watching as her planet burned. The core crumbled in on itself beneath the fist of its would-be conquerors until it faded from view, no matter how hard her little fists pounded on the glass of the capsule she'd been forced into. That should have been the end of it; the last little Oharan cast adrift in the endless void of space, left to die in darkness all alone.Perhaps it would have been, had that one little girl not been the only offspring who had actually been passed the power of the Viltrumites through her mother's rendezvous with a double crossing viltrumite. Thus with the years granted to her by her violent heritage, the well of willpower given by her Oharan blood, and the power of those who had taken everything from her, that little girl grew and journeyed the cosmos seeking the remains of her people's work. Not to destroy with their findings and weapons -- but to find and protect that knowledge and the legacy of Ohara. All the while she fled from the empire that had ultimately discovered her remaining existence and wanted her head. Not one Oharan could be allowed to live while there could be a trace of the planet's work left. Not unless she could be brought to heel and used just as they'd planned all those centuries ago.But if there was one thing she was good at doing, it was surviving.Eventually she came to Earth, hoping to search the planet for remnants of that precious research and blend in among it's people for a few decades-- though had she known it would soon become a warpath for the very empire she fled- perhaps she would have thought twice.
NOTE: This is probably one of my most powerful verses for her physically and ability wise, considering it's adding viltrumite strength to her usual powers, so I'm always going to discuss with my partner before any fight rps.
BASIC ABILITIES:
Flight: Due to her Viltrumite heritage, she holds the ability of flight due to a complex balancing system located in her inner ears, just as any other of the empire. However, if severely injured, she cannot, as all her cells will be focused on healing.
Strength: A Viltrumite's strength is far greater than that of Humans, and she is no different in inheriting it. Similarly to her flight, however, if she is severely injured her strength will be depleted significantly.
Dominant Genetics: One of if not the only being whose genes can withstand Viltrumite DNA. Though, upon the rare successful merging of DNA, it would create a being like herself, with enhanced genes from both parents, much like the cross of viltrumites and humans.
HYPERMITOSIS:
One of the many reasons that it was nearly impossible for Viltrimite DNA to pass onto offspring was the Oharan's innate ability of Hypermitosis, their cells constantly regenerating and often overpowering Viltrumite cells. However, when the latter's DNA did take, it would create a being whose abilities were enhanced from both parents' genes. Thus, Robin holds the power to replicate and ‘bloom’ any part of their body at a molecular level from any place on any object or living thing and has had thousands of years to develop her powers. Combine this with viltrumite strength? It's no wonder she's survived being hunted by the empire all this time.
SUMMARY:The last of a secretive tribe of waterbenders that was razed to the ground by the Fire Nation in fear of their knowledge.
Once long ago there was a hidden tribe of waterbenders who sought to learn all there was about the abilities of bending, untethered by taboo and fear. Yet, when the great war began and the fire nation eventually fell upon them, they refused to yield their knowledge and findings, nor bend to their will. Thus, their island was burned to the ground, save only for one little girl who barely escaped the blaze. The last of her people, Robin is a water bender skilled with her people's bending abilities, and a blood bender of no small talent. She utilizes both water and blood to create limbs of fierce power, all in order to carry on her people's will of study and knowledge while the fire nation and it's mercenaries hunt her down.

SUMMARY: A wandering sorceress on the run who seeks to understand the magic and inner workings of the world both supernatural and historical.
Born to a homeland whose people were dedicated to the study of scholarly and magical pursuits for the benefit of mankind, Robin was the only one of her people to survive the witchhunt that burned it all to the ground in fire and blood. Now, sought for her head and blood by humans and creatures alike, Robin has traveled the world seeking to continue her people’s work - discovering all she can so that perhaps one day, no one will have to suffer as her people did.
ABILITIES:
Unique Blood: Due to her people's inherent affinity for magic and complex study of it, Robin's blood holds power that entices the senses and greed of the undead.
Magic: From her mother's experimentation with magic while it was unknown that she was pregnant, Robin's affinity for the craft was stronger than many to begin with, but after the disaster that befell her homeland, Robin is soul bound with limbo and can manipulate the shadows of souls crossing through that plane to do her bidding along with regular spell casting. Years of study have only strengthened her abilities. It is unknown if the souls she manipulates have any recognition of their usage, but they are returned to limbo from whence they came when she is finished.
Lifespan: Though not a vampire, Robin's lifespan is not a normal one. With her soul tethered in between both limbo and the mortal realm, she ages far, far slower than a normal human. It is unknown how long she's traveled the world.

SUMMARY:An internationally despised criminal is finally executed, sending her straight to hell. Now, in a new form and a new realm, Robin must find a way to return to the realm of the living in order to finish her life's work - a goal that she would do anything for.
Not even death will keep her from it.
After enduring twenty years of horror on the run after the destruction of her people and committing atrocities to survive it all, the infamous Devil's Child is finally slain on the battlefield by one of the governments that had desperately sought her demise. The world rejoices at her execution and it seems to be the end of the wicked woman’s story; A tale to be told to children to warn them of the dangers of defying the world government. But, in truth, the end of it all would not come so easily. From the blood that she had spilled and the sins she carried on her back, her soul is cast into hell and she awakens in a foreign form and a foreign place. Now truly a demon as her epithet depicted all those years, Robin must grow accustomed to the hellscape she’s found herself in while desperately searching for a way to return to life in order to fulfill her goals in the living world.
POWERS & ABILITIES:
ROUTE SELECTION:
[Route A.] (Hazbin Hotel) After entering Hell, the newly born demoness hears tell of the Happy Hotel and its royal proprietor and seeks the business out in hopes that the princess' power can help her return to the living world.
[Route B.] The same as Route A, save for the fact that in this version, she seeks out any of the other overlords or royalty in order to find a way out of Hell.
[Route C.] (Helluva Boss) After seeing an advertisement for I.M.P, she seeks them out in order to utilize their portal to return to the surface, willing to trade anything for the ability to cross over again.
[Route D.] (Overlord) After being denied his help, Robin replaces a decaying overlord by force with the aid of a shard of a heavenly weapon left behind after the most recent extermination. From there she takes over his massive library and spy network, -the latter of which spanning the entirety of hell- under the moniker Nocturne. However, in the process, her soul that had been hanging on so desperately to her humanity is stained further black with sin, her mind warped with the secrets he had been keeping for centuries. Only time will tell if she will be successful, or fall into the void of her new power.

NOTE: In this verse, her powers are the same except that instead of human-looking limbs, they are now shadowy phantom apparitions
IMAGE TEXT ID:
15%: 6″2. Fully Functional. More Human than Demon.
25%: 7″2. Demonic Instincts Present. Prone to Anger, Violence, etc. Slightly more Demon than Human.
80%: 9″2. Driven by anger & goals. Little to no morality. Almost Completely Demon
100%: 11″2. Feral. Run.
There’s actually a reason she looks so humanoid when compared to other denizens, and that’s solely because of the fact that, despite being in Hell, she’s still subconsciously holding onto her humanity- she hasn’t accepted her death and as a result, her form initially reflects that. However, the more time she spends in Hell while trying to find a way back to the living world and the more she sins while there in order to reach her goal, the more and more her humanity slips away, changing her form gradually until she looks how she does in the second sketch. The final two sketches on the right show her more feral/true form in Hell, though it’d only be seen if a dire situation brings it out of her.
Still, it’s always there, lurking in the back of her subconscious; A feral being whose entire existence is made up of a lifetime’s worth of hiding gnarling, animalistic rage at the world for the horrors she endured. & If it’s finally given form, there’s no stopping its bloodlust.& Finally, the reason Robin has so much dormant power in this verse is because of all the lives she’s taken over the years, regardless of if it was in self-defense or not. Souls mean power in Hell, after all, and the blood on her hands is near immeasurable, which leaves her with more power than she realizes.

[Route B.] Robinite (Row-been-ite) is a Home World archivist who defected long ago when she found corruption and deadly secrets within White Diamond’s files. White Diamond, upon this realization, destroyed her entire cut of gem in an effort to keep them quiet. (This can be discussed or changed upon interacting with a White Diamond at their writer’s preference.)Yet, she escaped as the lone survivor with copies of said files and memories, that of which could destabilize the entirety of gem society with fear if they were to be found out.Plans for three deadly gem weapons were among these secrets, and were perhaps the most dangerous. Only with the shards (or by the hands of) her cut of gem, The Archivists, could these weapons be unlocked and powered. Thus, White Diamond had been cultivating this cut of gem for eons for this specific purpose. They were all supposed to be the most indoctrinated of their servants save only for Pearls, something about their makeup being capable of focusing hard light. It was only too bad that their indoctrination hadn’t taken to one gem in particular. For twenty thousand years she’s searched for the shards of gems that had been shattered for her treason, using the chaos of the rebellion to search high and low after it had begun, concerned that they’d been placed in gem tech or lost to the vastness of space. Now, with the rebellion quieted, she’s decided to come to Earth; To search one of the few planets she’d been unable to reach during the fighting. Such is her sole reason for continuing to exist.
After coming to earth and studying its inhabitants, she calls herself Robin to blend in with their ways and social structure, her gems ability to manipulate light better than most giving her the advantage of taking on a more human-looking form. Though her gem stays the same, a dark maroon marquise shaped gem with a purplish tint set in the middle of her chest below her collar bone. Her gem has no ability to produce weapons. Instead, much like Lapis’s water powers and Pearl’s holo-projecting, she shapes light to her will, mostly creating extra limbs, sometimes giant limbs depending on her situation. Though this depends entirely on how much light her gem has absorbed. Too much time in the dark and she’s unable to use it.Similarly, all gems of her cut had these light-altering abilities meant to be used to power the weapons they were designed for, but they were never aware of them, having been so deeply indoctrinated into believing they were Archivists and nothing more so that they could be kept close to White Diamond without suspicion. She had simply been the only one to get away.
---- ROUTE A. - SPIDER LILY
" An introduction? Very well. . . If you insist. My name is Robin, though I have been called many things; The Devil's Child, Demon woman, Spider-Woman, Arachnia, Spider-Lily, and a few other colorful adjectives I won't repeat in polite company.I was bitten by a spider when I was a small child, so the story goes. It had escaped after being genetically altered by the scholars on my island. As a result, I gained abilities unlike anything anyone had ever seen. There was precious little time to understand them, however, because shortly thereafter...everything was taken from me.Everyone and everything on that island was razed to the ground by people who wanted what they had discovered, save only for me. Thus a hunt began for my life. I was the child that knew too much - whose people knew too much. So, for twenty years I have been on the run from the world, fighting for my survival, and fighting to learn what has been hidden from the world and all the other worlds out there.
You may call me your enemy if you wish, but you should know that I won't let anything stand in my way of finishing what my people started. It's your choice."
Born on an island of scholars studying a mixture of outlawed history, physics, and genetics, Robin was bitten by an escaped genetically altered spider one day as a child while sneaking around the scholars' library to study. The incident altered her DNA, giving her abilities far beyond anything the scholars had ever seen. Ostracized by her odd nature and abilities, Robin spent all the extra time she had alone studying, hoping to follow in her mother's footsteps - one of the head scholars there.A few years after that incident, Robin would become the sole survivor at age eight of the island's genocide committed by world powers that both coveted and feared the scholars' discoveries. Realizing that someone had survived, they placed a bounty on her head and labeled her a villain. For twenty years after that, Robin ran for her life. Joining a mixture of underground syndicates and criminal organizations to survive, she truly became the danger they claimed her to be, all in the name of survival and to continue on her people's work - to find out what the world powers had been hiding from the world, and what they had stolen from her people.
ABILITIES:
Enhanced strength, stamina, durability, and speed.
Heightened senses
Sharpened fangs
Claws
Hypermitosis (The ability to replicate cells down to a molecular level.)
NOTE:She does not have the ability to shoot webs or stick to walls and uses her Hypermitosis to make up for it.
---- ROUTE B. - GENERAL
This route is the same as the previous one save that she was not bitten by a spider and thus is not a spider person. Otherwise, her story is the same and she still has her Hypermitosis abilities from other experiments done on her mother while she was in utero.

SUMMARY: An unfamiliar face appears among the darkness of Tartarus, then again in the raging fires of Asphodel, and time after time amongst the shades and countless levels of the underworld. However, it is clear that this face, however memorable, is not merely a wayward soul among the dead.
Very much alive, this wandering scholar and sorceress has journeyed beneath the earth in search of answers she could not find in the world above after a life of struggling to survive.
ROUTE SELECTION:
[Route A.] Spurned by the Gods for their meddling in immortal affairs by human hands, the people of Ohara, an island once known for it’s scholarly brilliance, is destroyed in divine fire and mortal assistance, leaving only one little girl alive. At the age of eight she’s left alone in the world who’s mightiest beings sought her demise. However, only she could use the artifacts and magic her people had studied and honed despite the gods' distaste, and she was always one step ahead. Her goal? Why endure years worth of being hunted and suffering by not only the gods but their mortal lapdogs? She desired so desperately to find and protect it all, from the relics her people died protecting, all scattered to the winds of the world after their destruction, to the magic they had discovered and hidden away- She wished to find it all and keep it safe-- to use it to help humanity, even when she had been spurned by it.To destroy knowledge passed down through centuries of work was a sin she would allow no one, not even the Gods to commit, no matter what she had to do to keep them safe, and when she can find no more on the world above? She would journey below the earth to continue her search. From Tartarus to Asphodel to the green fields of Elysium and beyond- the wandering sorceress would find and protect all that her people had died for-- for what other reason had she to go on?[Route B.] In this version, all is the same as in [A.] save for the fact that her people's destruction was done solely by mortal hands in the name of power and fear, with little interaction from the gods.[Route C.](GODDESS VERSE) A goddess as ancient as time, Robin (the name she has chosen to be called by) is the patron deity of Knowledge, Discovery, Truth, and Rebirth. She is a merciful being to those who deserve it, but vengeful and cruel to those who anger her. Distant from the other gods upon Olympus, she is often at odds with them for her disregard of their desire to hold mortals beneath themselves.[Route D.](GODDESS VERSE V.2): Cast from the realm of gods and left to wander the earth and below, she must search for a way to restore her power and return in order to regain possession of the precious artifacts and knowledge stolen from her.
SUMMARY:The sole survivor of a planet of scholars destroyed in fire when the inhabitants came too close to the truth of dark space and the galaxies around them. She’s traveled the cosmos for thousands of years- searching for answers.
POWERS & ABILITIES:
Ohara was once a flourishing planet-- a world swathed in its golden age as its people strived for a utopia of their own. But as it's advancements grew, it could not hide in the cosmos forever, something that would ultimately lead to it's downfall.Eventually, word had reached the beings slumbering in the dark — Reapers.Tell of powerful, planet-shaking weapons that Oharan scholars had discovered in their research but had ultimately set aside in favor of more peaceful uses of their power source.
It was not based on the technology the colossi had left behind for their plans — it was an unknown variable — /they/ were an unknown variable. And thus, they had to be eliminated.
Ohara was not a world built for war. They were a people of scholars and knowledge -- but even so, they refused to bend their knee to their invaders & in the planet's last days, amongst the wreckage and death, copies of their work were sent out into the vast cosmos, encrypted so that perhaps someday someone could use the power they once beheld to defend themselves where Ohara could not.
And so the planet fell. Yet, the scholars' research was not the only thing cast into the abyss.Only one little girl would survive, both saved and damned by her mother, one of the head scholars. And so she watched as her planet burned, crumbling in on itself beneath the fist of its destroyers until it faded from view, no matter how hard her little fists pounded on the glass of the capsule she'd been forced into, screaming until no further sound would come out.
And that should have been the end of it, the last little girl cast adrift in the endless void of space, left to die in darkness all alone.Perhaps it would have been, had that one little girl not been one of the very few offspring of scientifically enhanced genes and what would later become known as biotics. Her mother, while unaware she was pregnant, had volunteered for experiments upon her DNA and biotic abilities that were inherent to Oharan kind. With the years granted to her by her heritage, with the power of those who had been taken from her, that little girl grew and journeyed the cosmos seeking the remains of her people's work.
Not to destroy worlds with their findings and weapons -- but to protect that knowledge, the legacy of Ohara & to perhaps one day use it to protect others.& All the while she fled from the Reaper hive-mind that had ultimately discovered her existence. Not one Oharan could be allowed to live, they decided — following her through the cosmos like a shadow as they spread their influence and indoctrination to other species with the inherent desire to hunt her down & label her a criminal — not while there could be a trace of the planet's work left. But if there was one thing she was good at doing -- it was surviving.

Age: Unknown
Species: Oharan
Appearance: Thanks to a cloaking device of either bio or mechanical make, she's recently (in the last few hundred years) used a more human-like appearance since the inhabitants of Earth seem to be most comparable to her people's physiology. Without it, she looks far more alien, though what that looks like exactly, she's shown few to none.
ABILITIES:
Decelerated Aging & Replicating Cells: Due to her Oharan heritage and the results of the experiments done on her mother while she was in the womb, her cells are constantly replicating in order to heal themselves — significantly slowing her aging.
Strength & Combat: With above average strength of any human - most comparable to Krogans - Robin has also developed the hand to hand skills of an assassin over time.
Enhanced Healing Factor: Due to her constantly regenerating cells, Robin can heal from severe wounds in weeks where even Krogans or other hearty creatures would take months. However, she is rendered almost powerless during this time as her cells focus on healing.
BIOTICS:
Once more, due to her Oharan heritage (much like how Asari are born inherently Biotic) and the results of the experiments done on her mother while she was in the womb, Robin’s abilities with what are known as Biotics are her strongest weapon. She has had many, many years to train her abilities and utilizes them with lightning-quick reflexes that have saved her life countless times.Mostly, she uses her biotics in the shapes of phantom limbs to do her bidding, though can still create regular mass effect fields when needed. The cons? She can feel anything her phantom parts do, which includes pain, as she's mentally connected to her abilities. It also takes an incredible amount of energy to use her ability with massive numbers and can tire her out, leaving her vulnerable, especially when healing large wounds- she becomes unable to use the rest of her abilities.Additionally, her biotic colors, instead of purple or blue, appear to be more gold or slightly rose gold in color.
NOTE: The plot of this verse pretty much follows the events of the game save for her being a teacher instead of a student and fully aware of the powerful magic she wields, but she pretends to be a regular human until later on in the story.
Having come from a long line of brilliant magical scholars who had contact with the original demon king of the Devildom and prominent figures from all around the other realms, Robin has been on the run all her life after her people were wiped out by other human beings who feared magic.Since their destruction, she’s been traveling around the world searching for lost & ancient magic to continue her people’s work in research on the mysteries of magic and preserving it. She carries incredibly powerful magic in her veins and is adept at using it.Ultimately, Robin is summoned to the Devildom and suppresses her magic for fear of being hunted by demons seeking to devour her soul for power.Once Summoned, Diavolo offers her the position of teacher in RAD in order to promote knowledge and understanding of Human History & Culture for the duration of the exchange program. She accepts with little other choice and moves into the House of Lamentation.
ROUTE SELECTION:
[Route A.] Wherein she encounters Lilith's spirit unknowingly when her powerful magic draws Lilith towards her. This can either be early in her childhood and Lilith follows her for a majority of her life without Robin knowing, or it is closer to current events, but either way, Lilith meeting Robin and observing her subsequently leads to her decision to intervene in order to get her summoned to the Devildom, believing she can help her brothers. (I default to this route.)[Route B.] Where she does not have any idea of her lineage but is still a descendant of Lilith.
[Route A.] Robin is a criminal on the run from several governments all over the world and joins overwatch posing as a researcher and tactician in order to be afforded protection from persecution. In utero experiments that she has no recollection of gave her hyper mitosis- the ability to manipulate and replicate the cells in her body to form extra limbs, body parts anywhere she chooses, and dispel them all at will.(Note: This can be either pre or post Recall, but I tend to default to post)
[Route B.] The same as previous, but she joins Talon for protection instead
SUMMARY: The sole survivor of a secret Chantry-led genocide after her people were caught studying ‘forbidden’ magic. The island and its people were burned to the ground and only she remained. At only eight years old, a little girl spends her life on the run all alone while labeled as a dangerous apostate. She fights to survive for twenty long years in a world that thinks she's nothing but a monster.& All the while she seeks to piece together her people's research and find out just what the Chantry was hiding from the world.
POWERS & ABILITIES:
---- ACT I. - HOLY FIRE
The Chantry of Thedas is swathed in mystery; Its worshipers spread far and wide as it’s influence, too, stretches its hands out across the continent. Grand steeples and spires with fervent prayers to their almighty among elegantly etched pews. But, like any other organization with such power, the Chantry is, too, swathed in darkness. A darkness that can only hide among shadows for so long.
The expunged story of a single island hidden by fog within the Venefication Sea between Rivain and Par Vollen, holds these shadows true. It was called Ohara; a timeless island where scholars and intellectuals gathered in secret to study the elements of this world from magic to science alike. Free of the constraints and taboos of society, the scholars of Ohara sought discoveries and advances that would help the races of Thedas move forward toward a better tomorrow.Knowledge of all kinds could help the world, they believed; and with this belief, everything from healthcare to blood magic was on the table to be experimented with.
With the scholars working upon that island were some of the most brilliant minds in the world, success often triumphed over any failure, and if the latter did befall them? They handled it swiftly.
Nothing would stop them from uncovering the secrets of this world to benefit the people that lived within it.
Then the Chantry caught wind.Rumors of a far-off island swathed in dark magic and secrecy had swirled amongst the population for many long years, but when a traveler close to the Chantry happened upon the island after they shipwrecked upon it? The fate of Ohara was sealed despite their kindness and generosity to the injured stranger.& Once the rumors were confirmed true? That an island of people who eagerly delved into the sickness of dark magic existed? That they might discover secrets and histories that threatened the might of the Chantry? Nothing else mattered. They needed to be purged from this world in the name of the Holy Maker and his bride Andraste. And so the island and its people burned. The Seekers of Truth were set upon the island in the dead of night, their boats wielding their fire and death until nothing but smoke and cinders remained.
Everything was gone from the people to their tireless work. Great Libraries burned to smoke, centuries of discoveries and history lost to time while bones of it’s city’s citizens from father to mother to child were scorched to nothing — all in the name of the Maker.Save only for one little girl. A girl at the age of eight who, from her mother’s womb, bore an affinity for magic beyond the likes of almost any other.
Once a scholar who had conducted experiments upon herself along with others who did the same while unknowingly pregnant, the little girl’s mother, her only family, perished in the flames with the rest of the island, leaving her behind to face the world on her own.
---- ACT II. - PYRE BOUND
At first, the Chantry believed all was said and done, their secrets and precious world order safe in their hands. That is, until, one of the Seekers of Truth that had been involved in the massacre recognized the description of a lone little girl pulled from the water by a pilgrim that had come from aboard a ship crossing the sea from Rivain, but by the time word had spread amongst the hierarchy, that little girl was long gone, disappearing into the throng of Thedas’ masses like a shadow. With their frantic search akin to a needle in a haystack beginning, the Chantry put an incredible bounty upon her head, spreading propaganda and rumor that she was the child of evil apostates that had almost destroyed the world, the spawn of a succubus and dark mage with frightening, unholy power who sought revenge for the deaths of her people. They called her, the Devil’s Child. And the bounty upon her head would start at 80,000,000 Sovereigns, only to rise to 930,000,000 as the years passed and their attempts to capture her failed again and again over twenty years.& In those twenty years, that little girl sent grew into a woman whose very veins held the essence of survival-- She had dealt with the world’s most unsavory beings from underground criminals to the nobles who held in their hands the blood and lives of those they believed lesser. Be it from working for such characters or having to escape their clutches, Robin knew them well.
Almost as well as the art of magic.Over time she had studied from books and scrolls both found and stolen, always seeking knowledge wherever it could be found. & With her born affinity for it-- she excelled, becoming a mage of unparalleled power. No one was going to take her life away from her, not while she had work left yet to do. Not while she carried the weight of her people's work upon her shoulders.

SPECIALIZATIONS:
Blood Mage: With the well of power she holds, Robin uses blood magic to enhance and strengthen her spell casting as well as healing herself when necessary.
Arcane Warrior: Robin's connection to ancient magic is both blood-bound and from decades of seeking ou what is lost and hidden. She considers it her duty to carry on magic from the past.
Rift Mage: Her connection to magic also extends to the fade, and as such she holds a deep command of it. Summoning ghostly, ethereal arms to crush or throw her enemies is her forte, but he’ll also use her strong connection to the fade in order to summon phantom eyes around corners to watch for danger or ears to listen in on conversations, even creating phantoms and clones of herself when needed.
Though she knows basic healing and ‘light’ magic, Robin is best with offensive and dark magic. She is a blood mage of no small talent, her birth mother's experiments upon herself leaving her child strong against the pull of demons along with a large pool of mana. This, while paired with her indomitable will and keen intellect, she has the power to use blood magic in a relatively safe manner where most mages would crumble to temptation and pain. When mixed with her other magics of both ancient and forbidden, the whispers of those who have faced her go: ‘You cannot escape her grasp.‘
TRIVIA:
Despite being nonreligious, she will still use terms like "Makers Breath" out of habit, but will very rarely curse otherwise.
Being Elven, she wears her hair down often in order to hide her ears, as they tend to draw further unwanted attention when she's around full humans. Though, once they are covered, it can be hard to tell her lineage due to her stature and body type.
Taking the place of the main tarnished within the game's focus and following along in the main story, Robin is a sorceress who has come to the Lands Between after the destruction of her far-off homeland by the Greater Will when Marika sent her first Lord and his army away to wage war.Her people had been scholars of no small talent or repute, delving into knowledge that could threaten this outer god's power. And so they had been eliminated. Now, with only she to carry on their will and their work, Robin wields sorceries beyond anything the Lands Between have to offer and will cut down any foe that gets in her way of learning just what the Greater Will is so desperately trying to hide - starting with's shard bearers.
SUMMARY:After the destruction of her far off homeland for it's forbidden research into magic and hidden history, Robin comes to Fodlan after hearing of its crests hoping to complete her people's work as their sole survivor. After finessing her way into Garreg Mach in order to search for the secrets hidden there, she is ultimately pulled into the war that consumes the continent. Though, whether or not this is to further her own goals or because she comes to care for the people at the monastery is a question she most likely won't answer.
Born on an island far off from Fodlan's shores, Robin once called Ohara home.
It was a place where scholars gathered to study the world's mysteries intertwined with long-lost history-- namely magic and artifacts known in other places as crests.
These brilliant scholars sought to unlock the true potential of their subjects of research in order o benefit mankind as a whole, and with their intellects combined, they had many breakthroughs over the long decades of their work.Eventually, the scholars discovered the existence of and how to potentially unlock three powerful crests mighty enough to topple the world over. They were called: Poseidon, Uranus and Pluton.
Worried for the trouble their discoveries might cause in the wrong hands, the Oharan scholars elected to hide their existence and succeeded for many years.
This, however, was not to last.World powers eventually caught wind of the scholar's existence along with that of their research and what it might contain, and thus greedy hands reached out to try and seize it before any others could.& As with any powerful kingdom or government, dark secrets abound in their metaphorical closets- hidden in the history these world powers also sought to hide, those which could threaten their rule in their respective lands-- and Ohara was digging right into the depths of them.It was thus decided that, when they refused to bow-- to give into the hands of greed all in order to protect their research for the good it might bring-- then they would be better off gone.
Warships would burn the island to the ground in a single day, killing young and old, civilian and scholar alike, all in the name of power, but disguised to the masses as a necessary evil.
Only one little girl would survive the genocide at only eight years old, fleeing to sea on a small boat. Her survival, however, would not remain unknown for long, and soon everywhere she turned there were wanted posters lining walls and whispers among crowds offering hefty sums for the head of the "Devil Child".Rumors swirled among the masses that she sought revenge for the deaths of her people who had plotted to destroy the world with the power of their crests - a lie planted by the very powers that had destroyed everything she had which would haunt her for her the twenty years she struggled to survive. Her only reason for living through it all? It was to complete her people's research -- to find out the truth about the hidden secrets of history and the magic-like abilities that seemed to permeate the world, all so that their deaths might not be in vain-- so that her suffering might not be in vain.& As the last of the Oharans, only she is able to unlock and use three legendary crests capable of destroying everything, and yet, even with all that potential power at her fingertips alongside that of her own crest, all she wanted was to learn.Having traveled most of her life in order to both stay ahead of capture and to further her research, Robin has come to Fodlan hoping that here in this land of nobles and heroes she might find her long-sought answers.
ROUTE SELECTION:
[ROUTE A.] In this route, the fire from the main story did indeed kill the baby that Rhea had saved at birth, and Jeralt leaves the monastery after their death.
Here Robin takes the place of Byleth in becoming the new professor at Garreg Mach after posing as as a scholar from a noble house that wished to help guide the students towards their futures.
However, in truth, she had heard of the monastery's existence in her travels through Fodlan and believed it to be a good place to search for answers. She just hadn't counted on being swept into a war. Or coming to care dearly for her students.[ROUTE B.] In this route, Byleth never died in the fire as in the canon storyline and instead of taking their place, Robin comes to Garreg Mach under the guise of a pilgrim of the church hoping to see the goddess' grand monastery with her own eyes and to help in any way she can, perhaps as a librarian or assistant.
While also totally absolutely not sneaking around to find what she's looking for.
SUMMARY: After the destruction of her world by outside forces for their magical knowledge and discoveries, Robin has spent her life moving from place to place to avoid capture, often traversing universes to escape and hide. But for now? It would seem that she's trapped in Tyvat and only by traveling it's lands might she find the reason for it, and perhaps the key to her escape, lest she be cornered in this strange world.
ROUTE SELECTION:
[Route A.] Taking the place of Lumine and her brother as the Traveler, Robin is attacked during her travels and ends up trapped in Tyvat. After losing her ability to traverse dimensions, she must navigate this world while trying to find a way to regain her lost true power, lest her otherworldly pursuers find her the longer she stays.[Route B.] The same as Route A, save for instead of taking their place, she is another traveler trapped in Tyvat.[Route C.] A Tyvat native, Robin’s far off homeland was destroyed in the name of the gods for their meddling in celestial magic and she has been traveling all her life to escape those that would hunt her down all the while studying magic and the secrets that this world and others have to offer as her people did before her.
ELEMENTAL ABILITIES:
Robin can use the Elements without a Vision by channeling them as an otherworldly traveler whose veins had already hummed with magic before coming to Tyvat. She can use small amounts of her other magic abilities but finds it draining- as such, she must rely on this world's elements to fight and has taken to studying them vigorously while learning all she can of the lands around her.For the moment, she finds herself favoring Hydro & Geo, as they are alike her true abilities in that she can create large phantom limbs and clones to attack, and defend.
NOTE: In this verse, Robin takes the place of V in the game and follows the storyline. This is my default, but it can certainly be discussed with any partners and changed if need be.
SUMMARY: An internationally wanted criminal, Robin is the sole survivor of a genocide inflicted upon her people for the secrets of several governments that they had uncovered. After twenty years of fighting to survive from that point on, running from place to place, she finally finds herself at Night City's doorstep- only to be thrown into the bottom of a rapidly emptying hourglass when a job goes horribly wrong and she's stuck with the ghost of a dead rocker in her head.
A woman out of time and out of lives.Robin had come to Night City with the intention of passing through as she had everywhere before it. It seemed an ideal place to lay low for a while outside of governmental watch (if one were to momentarily forget the linked hands of the corporations that infested it, of course) and to find another lead for the information she was searching for.Leads did not come for free. A trade. A job. None of it was new. The scale of the job was a bit bigger than she'd take on for a chance at information, but she had no other direction to turn. No other choice.Said job had then unceremoniously imploded: An assassination. A good man who hadn't deserved to die sent back to his family like all the other corpses in her wake. A relic slotted in desperation. A bullet taken to the skull. Resurrection and fighting to keep the life returned to her.And all the while the ghost of a long gone rocker sits in the backseat of her brain, slowly leeching the soul out of her.It was another struggle of many in her life to endure, but this one? She wasn't sure she'd win the fight this time. Not with the clock running out.
SUMMARY: Born to a solar system destroyed, Robin travels the cosmos while evading the reach of those hunting her and seeking ways to recover the knowledge lost by her people's downfall.
Combat Type: Imaginary | Path: Erudition
